How we're governed
Current AI is an association loi 1901, incorporated in France. It will be governed by a Council representing its stakeholders, an independent Board with a strategic focus, and a Secretariat managing day-to-day operations.
Our Council
Composed of representatives from stakeholders in Current AI’s mission, charged with, amongst others, providing input into Current AI’s strategy and exercising financial oversight over the Association, and meeting ordinarily once a year.
Our Board
Composed of independent global and regional experts, charged with fiduciary responsibility including determining Current AI’s strategy, allocating resources, and overseeing the Secretariat, and meeting several times per year.
Our Secretariat
Under the leadership of a CEO, charged with managing Current AI’s day-to-day operations and implementing the strategy set by the Board.
